A tomato flavoured mix of filling bulgar wheat and couscous, with added red peppers, garlic and black olives. We've also mixed in sunflower seeds for crunch and texture, and flavoured with basil, parsley and mint. Just add hot water to the pot and leave for 10 minutes. Perfect as a warm lunch.
Why not try... chilled with fresh tomatoes, some Bocconcini mozzarella and a crisp basil and watercress salad.
