Already a firm favourite option, we have taken the Mushroom Stroganoff and made it even better, I believe this will soon become a firm favourite with vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Deep tasting mushrooms, mixed with a rich creamy sauce, with a splash of brandy and a few delicate herbs and spices to enhance the sauce. We have then added delicate penne pasta to create a filling flavoursome tasty dinner.
